What if I'm Missing My Order Confirmation Email?

No need to fret! We've got you covered!

After completing your order, the email address specified in the order will receive an order confirmation email from Happy. In addition, once your final ring band size has been confirmed, you'll receive a follow up confirmation email. Again - confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided in the original order.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please follow the steps below:

  • Wait for a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Search for an order confirmation using your email's search function.

When contacting our team, please include the name, email address, and shipping address used on the original order.
