What Sensors Are in My Happy Ring? What Do They Measure?

The Happy Ring contains the following sensors, making it the most accurate, powerful, and compact mental fitness device on the market: temperature, acceleration, photoplethysmography (PPG), and electrodermal activity (EDA).

The 2 temperature sensors measure skin and ambient temperature, the 4 EDA sensors measure electrical conductance in the skin, the 4-wavelength PPG sensor helps us derive heart rate and respiratory rate, and the accelerometer measures movement.

Data collected from the 24/7 monitoring of the multitude of sensors within the Happy Ring are then amalgamated into a Stress Score. This single number, in combination with Happy's proprietary AI, provides a clear, concise, and actionable measurement of your personal mental fitness.
