What is a reservation?

Your refundable Reservation Deposit holds your spot in line so that you can be among the first to receive the Happy Ring. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date. It is fully refundable until the time your order ships.

 

When will I be charged?

You won’t be charged for your order until your Happy Ring ships. Your Happy membership starts when you pair and activate your Happy Ring or 30 days after the ring is shipped.

 

Only 1 email address is valid per reservation.

You can place multiple reservations under the same email address, however, you will only maintain one spot on the waitlist. Any associated orders with that same email address will be fulfilled simultaneously. Any referrals/shares/ points will be associated with the single email address on the waitlist.

 

How do I know where I am on the waitlist?

You can verify your place on the waitlist by navigating to happyring.com/waitlist. You will be prompted to enter your associated email address to receive a magic link to validate your identity. You can move higher on the waitlist by sharing your unique referral code on social media and with friends and family!
